Compliance Monitoring: To verify that your MC Authority remains active and your insurance coverage meets industry standards (e.g., $1,000,000 Liability / $100,000 Cargo).
Administrative Support: To optimize routes, manage 24/7 driver support, and handle emergency breakdown coordination.
Marketing & Communications: To send you industry updates, new load opportunities, or modifications to our service terms.

III. DISCLOSURE AND THIRD-PARTY SHARING

As a dispatch management provider, sharing your data is a mechanical necessity of the logistics process. We disclose information to:

Freight Brokers and Shippers: For the purpose of vetting your fleet and assigning freight loads.
Factoring Companies: To ensure you receive timely payment for completed loads.
Safety & Compliance Regulators: When required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) or Department of Transportation (DOT) audits.
Internal Service Providers: Cloud storage (for document security) and CRM providers used to manage your carrier profile.
